My client is a well known global company. He asked me to help the company to transform its Finance and Administration department (4000 p) into an agile enterprise.
We didn't start from scratch, and a severe model had to be considered, the NextGen Model.
Together, we designed a model shifting the tradition organisational matrix into a multi-sided platform.
That program is still running today, and it's enormous. But, the very fundamentals of an agile organisation have been set up.
